We need people that have the experience in the following programming language:

Five (5) years of production or intensive research software development experience in modern languages such as C/C++ or Java; knowledge of other commonly used language such as Perl, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, and the likess.; working knowledge of some modern computing paradigms and environments such as MySQL, NoSQL systems, parallel programming, HPC development, network programming, mobile development, and interface development; familiarity with end-to-end software development activities in Linux/Windows/Unix/Web environments; familiarity with software development tools including IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ, emacs etc.), version control systems (git, svn, p4 etc.) and bug tracking systems (e.g., bugzilla); and team design sessions; can demonstrate problem solving ability with the ability to explore and evaluate many possible solutions to problems; proven contribution to open source development projects is a plus.

Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of: Software development in C/C++, Java, and other modern languages; modern computing, data, and storage solutions including advanced web development (HTML5, Adobe Flex, PHP), algorithm design and analysis including analysis of algorithm complexity; familiarity with of core Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, etc) ; software / systems development lifecycle, QA testing, revision control, and change management practices.

Mobility: Primarily sedentary in an office setting with some mobility. Must be flexible to travel to various locations within Philippines and Middle East. Compensation Package is commensurate with experience and skills. If selected for interview, bring sample of the programs that you have created.

Responsibilities:

Perform site surveys, engineering analysis, and planning studies required to complete a successful Roll-Out.
Prepare material take-off /BOQ/BOM and equipment/material selection.
Review and interpret Technical and schematic diagrams, project specifications documents.
Supervise TETRA Infrastructure deployment to the site and installation activity to meet project schedules and deadlines.
Coordination with peer construction entities (Transmission, Civil, electrical or architectural groups) Perform configuration / programming / presetting / testing / software upgrade of Base Stations, Tetra Terminals, Dispatchers, DN2/DM2, and MW equipment.
Perform inventory, configuration, and pre-testing of all TETRA Infrastructures and associated equipment. Conduct witness testing, commissioning, and site acceptance with the customer.
Communicate with the project team any update or issues affecting work schedule, design, safety, performance and reliability of equipment in the project.
Verify, evaluate, identify, classify and resolve any technical issues relating to Tetra SOW.


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Micro Station, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, MS Word, Visio, AutoCad
Required language(s): Proficient in English
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
3-5 years experience in wireless communications (TETRA and or GSM).
1-3 years experience in Project Roll-Out.
Knowledgeable in the installation Base Stations, Microwave equipment, Fiber Optics and/or trunk radio system, Multiplexers, Digital cross-connects, SCNs, Dispatchers.
Knowledge of Transmission is a plus (SDH, DACS, UMUX).
Experience in the usage of Site Master (Anritsu) and IFR (Aero Flex) for testing of Base stations and ancillaries.
Valid Passport - willing to travel to implement project in Saudi Arabia.
